What is this program about?
Do you sometimes have the impression that your life is simply passing you by? That you are merely a spectator of your own life? That sometimes hours and days go by without you really noticing them? Perhaps you also notice how old burdens or current difficulties affect your quality of life and you are looking for ways to improve it sustainably and allow more light and ease into your life?
Then this therapeutic app can support you in filling your life with more mindfulness, awareness and joie de vivre.
This app-based therapy program is primarily about learning a mindfulness approach based on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Integrating this mindfulness practice into everyday life opens up new, helpful ways of looking at and dealing with personal difficulties of all kinds. This app is designed to support you in recognizing self-defeating patterns, leaving them behind and internalizing empowering, constructive behaviours instead.
What are the aims of the course?
As a practical exercise program, this course opens up many more possibilities for you than a purely theoretical explanatory model could. By practicing the tasks and exercises regularly, ideally every day, you can gradually change your habits and develop a new sense of yourself and your environment. This in turn will enable you to become more aware of small and large things that enrich your life.
Above all, we aim to provide you with more than enough tools to empower you to become self-effective and manage the challenges of your life in a more constructive and fulfilling way.
This course will open up new or different perspectives on yourself and your life and enable you to approach your problems and worries with a healing attitude. Practicing mindfulness also increases your acceptance and self-acceptance, allowing you to regain more strength and enjoy all facets of your life. This improves your resilience (and also your convalescence, i.e. your recovery after unpleasant and traumatizing experiences) and you become more resilient to the difficulties of your everyday life. Conscious, mindful presence opens up hopeful perspectives that show you new, valuable paths.
You will learn to face the uncertainties of your life with courage and a great deal of self-care, while at the same time focusing on the good and the joyful.
An accepting attitude towards the ups and downs of life creates serenity, inner peace and freedom. The more you stay in the here and now with all your attention, the sooner old suffering and hurts that you may have been carrying around with you for a long time can go where they belong - into the past.
Showing yourself kindness is probably one of the most helpful and important ways to treat yourself - and therefore particularly worthwhile to learn.
