I don't really use this to pay my rent but to see it. But I'm trying to look at our statements and I can't because this needs an update. No matter how I mess with my phone I can't access them. Other than that I haven't had an issue but it's very annoying.

Not able to reset my password. No way to contact anyone. No way to put in maintenance requests or pay rent or anything unless I can get in. It won't let me put in the old password and says its incorrect when it's not. Unable to change my email address, either, which is no longer a valid or active address! So tired of issues and glitches and no fixes.

I try to pay my rent on the correct date. It gives me a confirmation that payment has gone through....but it does NOT WORK!!!! Once again this stupid app is malfunctioning. Now it just force closes. I have tried uninstalling and installing 3 times and surprise surprise it does NOT work. Absolutely sick of this app!
