About this app

HR is the official HR app for employees of companies using the Odoo platform. It's your daily companion on your mobile device—everything an employee needs from HR in one quick and easy-to-use app, without needing to open a browser or send an email.

🏢 Why is the app multi-tenant?

The app is designed to work with any company using the hr_app module in Odoo 18. The first time you open the app, you'll be asked to enter your company's server URL, then log in with your usual account. Your data remains only on your company's server—the app doesn't store anything on our servers.

📍 Time and Attendance Tracking
Check in and out with a single tap at your workplace, with automatic location verification. Track your attendance by year, month, or week.

💰 Payroll
View your current and all previous payrolls. Browse by year and month, see details of earnings, deductions, and net pay, and download or share your payslip as a PDF. 🏖️ Vacations
View your live vacation balances by vacation type, submit a vacation request in 30 seconds, track the status of your previous requests, cancel pending requests when needed, and view the official holiday calendar.

✅ Approvals
If you are a manager, track pending approval requests, view details of each request with attachments, and approve or reject them directly from the app, anywhere.

📅 Calendar and Meetings
View your upcoming meetings, accept or decline invitations, and create or edit events.

👥 Colleagues and Directory
Search for any colleague in your company by name, tap to call or email. View team information (manager, department, work location).

📄 Documents
Upload official documents uploaded to the system (contracts, certificates, insurance documents) and share them as PDF files.


👤 Profile
Update your phone number or email address, change your profile picture, and choose your interface language (Arabic/English) and theme (Light/Dark/Auto).

🌍 Bilingual + Full RTL

The entire interface is in Arabic with a right-to-left layout and full English support. Switching between languages ​​is instantaneous without restarting.

🔒 Privacy and Security

• The app does not collect any data for us—everything remains between your device and your company's server.

• The authentication token is stored in the system's secure vault (Android Keystore).

• Crash reports are sent to Sentry without any personal or HR data.

⚙️ System Requirements

• Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or later.

• An active employee account on your company's Odoo platform.

• The hr_app module is enabled on the Odoo server (contact your company's IT department).

• Location permission (required only for clocking in and out).
