About this app

The "Field Visits" app is a work tool for sales representatives and technicians who travel between clients, and for managers who monitor their teams from one location. The app records each visit with its location and time, and links it to the attendance and departure log, transforming the end-of-day report from manual effort into readily available data.

Key Features

• Daily Visit Schedule — A sorted list of today's visits with client data, address, phone number, and notes from the previous visit.

• On-Site Check-In and Check-Out — The app captures GPS coordinates at the moment of arrival and departure, calculates the distance between your location and the registered client's location, and clearly shows whether the visit actually took place on-site.

• Visit-Linked Attendance Log — Arrival at the first visit opens the workday, and departure from the last visit closes it, with a daily and weekly log of working hours.

• Client and Nearby Client Map — View your clients on the map and sort them by their proximity to your current location to plan the shortest route.

• Approval Workflow — The representative submits the visit for review, and the manager approves or returns it with a note. Each step is recorded with its date and the person responsible.

• Instant Notifications — Receive alerts when a new visit is assigned, approved, or a modification request is made.

• Offline Operation — Actions performed during network outputs are saved locally and sent automatically once the connection is restored, ensuring no visit is lost due to poor coverage.

• Reports and Dashboard — The number of completed visits, average visit duration, and site adherence rate are displayed daily and weekly.

• Fully Arabic and English — Features a bilingual interface and an eye-friendly night mode.

Location and Privacy

The application uses your device's location only while in use (Foreground) and does not track your location after closing the application or while running in the background. Coordinates are captured only at two specific times: check-in and check-out, and are stored in your company's system for visit documentation and attendance tracking.

You can deny location permission, but visit recording will not function without it.

Important Note

This is an enterprise application that works with your company's system. To use it, you need login credentials issued by your employer; The application does not allow you to create new accounts independently.
