About this app

DX Chat is a business chat application for the corporate cloud service "DXGATE".

It can only be used with accounts issued by the administrator, consolidating internal company communications into one place.

■ Talk
- 1-on-1 talks, multi-person talk rooms
- Rooms linked to organizations/groups (participants automatically change when affiliation changes)
- Mentions, reactions, read receipts, replies, pinning
- Discuss topics in threads to prevent the main topic from being lost
- Attach images/files, post from camera photos
- Voice messages (with transcripts, readable even in places where sound cannot be played)
- Surveys (present multiple-choice questions and compile results)
- Scheduled sending (send at a specified time)
- Message search (search across rooms)

■ Calls
- Voice calls, video calls (1-on-1, multi-person talk rooms)
- Screen sharing
- Incoming calls are received on the device's call screen (iOS uses CallKit, Android uses a dedicated incoming call screen)
- You can join a call room later if it is already in progress

■ Announcements
- Receive mass announcements from the company to all members
- Administrators designate who can post

■ Notifications from Other Apps
- Receive notifications from other DXGATE apps, such as safety confirmations, approval/applications, and driver's reports, via chat.
- Notifications are in card format, allowing you to directly open the corresponding screen.

■ Detailed Notification Control
- "All / Mentions Only / None" per room
- Notification Suspension Period (Stops notification actions only based on day and time)
- Notification Pause (1 hour / 2 hours / Until 8 AM / Until unpaused)
- Setting to not display message content in notifications (Lock screen protection)
- Setting to not receive notifications on your smartphone while using chat on the web
* None of these settings hide the unread message count. You will still know which messages you haven't read.

■ Readability
- Furigana (Displays readings for kanji. Available when corporate settings are enabled.)
- AI summary of unread messages (Summarizes the main points of accumulated messages)
- Dark mode support

■ Security
- Single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and passkey login support
- Biometric authentication for app lock
- All communications are encrypted (HTTPS)
- No new registration is required within the app. A corporate contract and an account issued by the administrator are required for use.

■ Terms of Use
A contract for the corporate cloud service "dxgate" is required to use this app.
This service is not available to individual customers.

・相手が応答した後も発信中の音が鳴り続けることがある不具合を修正しました
・スタンプが表示されない不具合を修正しました
・スタンプを大きく表示し、最近使ったスタンプをすぐ選べるようにしました
・リアクションの絵文字に「最近使った」を追加しました
・通話画面のボタンを大きくし、終了ボタンを押し間違えにくい位置にしました
・一部の端末で、キーボードを閉じた後に入力欄の下に余白が残る不具合を修正しました
・在籍していない相手とのトークでは、その旨を表示するようにしました
・ログインが続けられなくなったときは、その理由を表示するようにしました
