About this app

eIntranet Files gives you access to corporate files from the eIntranet directly on your phone - quickly, securely and always at hand.

Browse corporate storage, open documents, upload files and photos and back up images from your phone in the background. All encrypted and with respect for your data.

WHAT THE APP CAN DO

• File browsing - view the entire tree of corporate folders and files from your eIntranet server
• On-demand download - files are downloaded only when you need them; no need to download everything
• Opening and sharing – open a file in any application or share it further
• Uploading – upload any file, photo or video from the gallery, or take a photo and upload it
• Sharing to eIntranet – send content from another application via system sharing directly to the selected folder
• Photo and video backup – automatic backup of images from the phone in the background, with the option of "only via Wi-Fi" and "only when charging"
• File management – ​​rename, move, delete and create folders directly on the server
• Search – quickly find a folder or file by name
• Work offline – recently viewed files remain available even without a connection

LOGIN

Log in with email and password, or simply scan the QR code from the eIntranet login dialog on the website. The QR reader works fully offline.

SECURITY FIRST

• Login data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM with a key in the Android Keystore
• Communication takes place exclusively over a secure HTTPS connection
• Sensitive data is excluded from cloud backup and transfer between devices
• After logging out, all local data and downloaded files are deleted

TRANSFERRING ALWAYS COMPLETE

Uploading and backup run as a foreground service with an overview of the progress - they continue even after switching the application and are restored after restarting the phone.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Android 12 or later
• eIntranet.net account with permission to the Files module (FilesWebDav)
• Access to your eIntranet server

The application is intended for eIntranet users. It cannot be used without an account and an eIntranet server.
