ekinote is a free app that lets you discover the charm of all railway stations and surrounding towns across Japan, and record your station visit history and food photos in a fun way.
When you're thinking, "I'm going to that station next time, but what kind of places are around?" or "I use this station all the time, but I want to know more in-depth information!", you can call up the station you want to visit and check information on sightseeing, food, shopping, transportation, and more, all in one app on ekinote. You can register the stations you discover as favorites in "My Notes." Whether it's your usual station and town, or a station and town you'll visit in the future, you're sure to find exciting "serendipity" (*) that will thrill you.

Furthermore, the "Station Check-in" function, which allows you to record your actual visits to stations, and the "Ekimeshi Post" function, which lets you record food near stations with just one photo, make your trips to stations across Japan even more enjoyable. Furthermore, by utilizing the "Ekigatari Post" function, which allows you to add text to up to 10 photos, you can share your "favorite" spots and scenery with everyone who will be visiting that station.

・We will be gradually expanding the information to include all railway stations throughout Japan (approximately 9,100 stations). * From basic station and town information to the latest articles, there's a wealth of information across various genres, including sightseeing, gourmet food, shopping, and transportation!
* First, search for your nearest station or a station you want to visit, and check out everything from basic information to the latest articles.
* Attractive information and articles that will make you want to visit that station and town are constantly being updated, so find some inspiration for your next outing.
* You can post the charms of stations and towns you recommend, so it will grow and become even more appealing with your voices. There's the "Ekimeshi Post" function, where you can instantly introduce recommended gourmet food by simply selecting one photo and adding the name of the dish and restaurant, and the "Ekigatari Post" function, where you can add text to up to 10 photos.
* The "Station Check-in" function allows you to record the stations you visit during your travels or business trips.
* We will also be sequentially developing "Stamp Rally" projects to make train travel more enjoyable.
● About each tab in the app
* The "Nearest Station" tab, displayed when the app is launched, allows you to quickly check the station details page of the station closest to your current location.
* On the main station details page, you can filter articles introducing the charm of the station and surrounding area by category: "Ekimeshi (Station Food)," "Ekigatari (Station Stories)," and "Web Links." Sorting and keyword search are also supported.
* On the station details subpage, you can view information on "Town (Station Area Spot Information)" and "Station (Station Information itself and Transportation Options)."
* The "Discover" tab introduces attractive stations and towns across Japan little by little. You can also easily check "Nearby Stations and Articles" and "Articles of Stations Registered in My Notes."
* On the "Discover" tab, you can search articles by keyword after selecting either "Nearby Stations," "Stations Nationwide," or "Specific Station."
* The "Find Stations" tab allows you to search for stations nationwide by station name and access their detailed station pages.
* In the "My Notes" tab, you can easily bookmark interesting stations and articles found in the "Discover" and "Find Stations" tabs!
* Information saved in the "My Notes" tab can be reviewed at any time.
* In the "Ekikatsu" section of the "My Notes" tab, you can review your "Posting History" and "Station Check-in History" by date.
