ekinote is a free app that lets you discover the charm of all railway stations and surrounding towns across Japan, and record your station visit history and food photos in a fun way.

When you're thinking, "I'm going to that station next time, but what kind of places are around?" or "I use this station all the time, but I want to know more in-depth information!", you can call up the station you want to visit and check information on sightseeing, food, shopping, transportation, and more, all in one app on ekinote. You can register the stations you discover as favorites in "My Notes." Whether it's your usual station and town, or a station and town you'll visit in the future, you're sure to find exciting "serendipity" (*) that will thrill you.

Furthermore, the "Station Check-in" function, which allows you to record your actual visits to stations, and the "Ekimeshi Post" function, which lets you record food near stations with just one photo, make your trips to stations across Japan even more enjoyable. Furthermore, by utilizing the "Post the Charms of Stations and Towns" feature, which allows you to add comments to up to 10 photos, you can share your "favorite spots" and scenery with everyone who will be visiting that station in the future.

We are collaborating with companies and organizations nationwide, including Hiroshima Electric Railway, Sotetsu Group, Astramline (Hiroshima Rapid Transit), Kamakura City Tourism Association, Enoden (Enoshima Electric Railway), Chikugo City Tourism Association, Noseden (Nose Railway), Ibara Railway, Kotoden (Takamatsu Kotohira Electric Railway), Japan Tourism Promotion Association, Shonan Monorail, Keio Corporation, and many more, to continuously share the charms of stations and towns! We encourage everyone to post the charms of their local stations and stations they visit!

●Features of ekinote
・We will be gradually expanding the information to include all railway stations throughout Japan (approximately 9,100 stations).

* From basic information about stations and towns to the latest articles, there's a wealth of information across various genres, including sightseeing, gourmet food, shopping, and transportation!

* First, search for your nearest station or a station you want to visit, and check out everything from basic information to the latest articles.

* On "Home," we'll be introducing fascinating stations and towns across Japan little by little. You can also easily check "Nearby Stations and Articles" and "Articles of Stations Registered in My Notes."

* On "Home," you can search for articles by keyword after selecting either "Nearby Stations," "Stations Nationwide," or "Specific Stations."

* In "My Notes," you can save interesting stations and articles you find on "Home" and "Find Stations" as favorites!

* Information saved in "My Notes" can be reviewed anytime.

* The "Station Check-in" function allows you to record stations you visit on trips or business trips.

* We'll also be gradually rolling out "Stamp Rally" projects to make train travel more enjoyable.

* You can post the charms of stations and towns you recommend, so it will grow and become even more appealing with your voices. There's a "Station Food Posting" function that lets you instantly share your recommended gourmet food by simply selecting one photo and adding the dish and restaurant names, and a "Posting the Charms of Stations and Towns" function that lets you add comments to up to 10 photos.

* In the "Station Activities" section of "My Notes," you can review your "Posting History" and "Station Check-in History" by date.

* Attractive information and articles that will make you want to visit the station and town are constantly being updated, so try to find some hints for your outings.

◆ Station Stories: Articles, columns, and posts introducing the charm of the station and the surrounding town, as well as recommended outing information (supports sorting and keyword search)
◆ Town: Information on outing spots, commercial facilities, and local shops in the town
◆ Station: Basic station information and transportation information around the station (rail, bus, etc.)
