poor experience with this app. I am unable to check my investment. I have gone to their office three times and still not resolved. why would a company take people's money and keep them in the dark. very bad. you need to be on top of your software and applications. this is long overdue.

the app is good, but points and rewards for some months are not allocated after the successful completion of questions. reports have been made severally, but problems still persist. this is demotivating. over a 100 has been lost , I have complained, but still no answer.

This App hasn't been working for the past 3 weeks. I can't access my policies and check my balance on my personal pension. Secondly this app's update happened in December 2024. It's been almost 5 months now and no new update is available. The introduction of the app is helpful only to the extent that it's reliable and available at all time. In this current circumstance, I am unable to rate the efficiency and effectiveness of the app. It is not reliable. Figures change to the anyhow.
