This App hasn't been working for the past 3 weeks. I can't access my policies and check my balance on my personal pension. Secondly this app's update happened in December 2024. It's been almost 5 months now and no new update is available. The introduction of the app is helpful only to the extent that it's reliable and available at all time. In this current circumstance, I am unable to rate the efficiency and effectiveness of the app. It is not reliable. Figures change to the anyhow.

Romeo Opoku I also encountered the same problem as my colleagues have expressed. I retyped the verification code and sent it on several occasions but failed. I tapped the resend verification code, but it still did not work. I tried my email address as well but I had a challenge with my password section. Due to the above complaints, the team should work more on the app in order to fulfill its purpose. Thank you.

Wow it's better than before, now you can see the details of your investment, make payments and withdrawals easily. Very easy to get your account statement. The Babs need improvement, she has to be able to explain some of the descriptions. Keep it up
