Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't allow you to check your balance or statement in the app. What's the essence of the app if you can't do these basic stuffs in the app? You are always directed to the website for these things. The website is also not friendly. This app lags behind their competitors. Either improve the app or pull it down

Romeo Opoku I also encountered the same problem as my colleagues have expressed. I retyped the verification code and sent it on several occasions but failed. I tapped the resend verification code, but it still did not work. I tried my email address as well but I had a challenge with my password section. Due to the above complaints, the team should work more on the app in order to fulfill its purpose. Thank you.

This application needs a total remake. When you log out and want to log in. You are asked to enter your phone number and email address for it to send you a code. If you use the same email address it doesn't work. How many emails must I create. Also when you enter your policy number all you get is the current premium per month. No information on how much your investment has grown. No information on when it will mature. Absolutely nothing that relates to your policy. I'll rate 1 star for design
