Rarely worked for me and incredibly slow. I then missed the auto-renew notification and was billed for another 12 months. I admit this was my mistake but I immediately contacted them and explained the situation and requested a refund but was told repeatedly that there was nothing they could do as it was all clear in the terms and conditions. Terrible, absolutely terrible, customer service. I'm paying £75 for something I can't even use and they only seemed to care about keeping my money.

This is the best app if you're going away and only need it for a couple weeks max. You can reactivate it at any time. It works perfectly in all countries. The customer service is excellent too!! Definitely recommended
