This was the best notepad app I had ever found. I put it on every one of my devices, in the center of the main screen, and I raved about it to everyone who asked. It was simple and effective and that's all I needed and it was perfect. Now they've stuck ads into it, and they're big intrusive annoying ads that don't go away easily. I'd be happy to chip in a few bucks and pay for this app, but there's no way to pay, you're just stuck with these horrible ads. What a tragedy.

I like that the app is fast indeed, and that it requires no special permissions. However, it lacks basic functionality such as file renaming, text search, etc. I also dislike the fact that I can't locate the text files created by the app on my device outside the app, by using a file manager. No idea where this app stores the files on my device!

So, it's very useful and somewhat easy to use, albeit it would be nice if it had a list function. It can be annoying if you are writing something longer than one screen when it comes to trying to get to the bottom or top. I also cannot get the backups to import after doing what it says and trying to load them in, which is incredibly annoying after having to get a new android phone. If those few things weren't so inconvenient, I'd give it another star, but they are, and so I'm giving it 3/5.
