What a pathetic company. Their mobile app doesn't work (Even after providing the right info it throws error), web portal doesn't work(OTP is send and recieved too, but after entering the OTP it keeps saying invalid OTP). Seems they went to some cheap fresh developers to get the app and website done. Even the basic things are not working. Worst part is that their employees too reflect the same attitude.

Worst app. Doesn't go beyond the login page. Have tired it under the fastest mobile internet and broadband networks and tried on many handsets from older to the latest ones but nothing seems a fit for this app. Maybe it's opened by the company to just showcase the clients that they exist on mobile platform and that's about it.

Most of the times the app doesn't open and not able to navigate beyond login page because the keyboard don't appear on login page even after tapping multiple times in password field. So not able to login. And if it appears and logged in, same happened with other menus. Complete west of time and frustration.
