Totally useless application. 1. if your hospital is not in the list, State drop down gets unselected and disabled and hospital name is blank, but on submit it requires both. 2. If some how you select state and Others in the hospital name it gives 500 error. 3. Emailed multiple time to resolve the issue but no solution. 4. What is the purpose of the application if it cannot be used to submit the claim?

very bad customer care service Very bad customer care service by FHPL. My issue has not been resolved despite repeated follow-ups. The response has been slow and unsatisfactory. I expected better support and a quicker resolution. I request the concerned team to look into my complaint and resolve it at the earliest.

Very disappointing experience with this insurance company. Poor customer service, delayed responses, and no proper support when needed. The claim process was slow and frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable insurance services.
