Totally useless application. 1. if your hospital is not in the list, State drop down gets unselected and disabled and hospital name is blank, but on submit it requires both. 2. If some how you select state and Others in the hospital name it gives 500 error. 3. Emailed multiple time to resolve the issue but no solution. 4. What is the purpose of the application if it cannot be used to submit the claim?

very bad customer care service Very bad customer care service by FHPL. My issue has not been resolved despite repeated follow-ups. The response has been slow and unsatisfactory. I expected better support and a quicker resolution. I request the concerned team to look into my complaint and resolve it at the earliest.

⭐ Very Bad Experience I’m having a very bad experience with the FHPL Sparrow app. I’m unable to log in and keep getting a “JSON Parser Error” every time I try. I tried multiple times, but the issue is still not resolved. For a health insurance app, basic login functionality should work reliably. Very disappointing experience. Please fix this issue urgently and improve the app’s stability.
