Very disappointing experience with this insurance company. Poor customer service, delayed responses, and no proper support when needed. The claim process was slow and frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable insurance services.

This app is totally useless. It always shows no claim even if there are several auth and claims submitted. Ppl working don't even know what benefits are covered and how much is the cap. FHPL totally WASTE.

The app functionality isn’t working properly. it keeps loading and doesn’t respond as expected.
