Ratings and reviews

This app makes the delivery experience horrible at every place I deliver to that uses it. In some places I go, I'm constantly getting told I need to back into the door even though I'm already backed in, and unloading has started. I get calls non-stop from freightsmith while delivering saying similar things. I'll get a text saying a new unloading charge is ready to be paid, yet freightsmith never knows anything about it, and it takes forever for it to update on their end. Horrible process.

Good idea, bad implementation,bad support. Forced to install this for several of my stops. You down load app then they send you texts that take you to the website. Over and over and nothing will update. Customer "service" if it isn't an automated menu that hangs up at the end. The person will ask what the problem is then send you to an automated message that tells you to use the app then hangs up.

this app is horrible. keeps kicking me out and tells me to sign in as I try to complete a required payment, and gives me a message explaing the error but that dissappears before I can read it. THIS APP SUCKS. but hey, just a driver using your required payment method and then you want to charge me extra for having to call to make the payment when it is the APPS FAULT.
