You cannot off ramp a crypto at current market rate. Very frustrating. For example, Songbird went up to 0.0080 usd from 0.0049 usd. When I tried to sell on gatehub, it only allowed me sell for 0.0039 usd despite the fact it was twice that in price. So I couldn't lock in gains and would have sold at a loss. I hate the entire xrpl thing and the lack of staking or AMM options for xrp, xdc and songbird. Horrible wallet gatehub is.

Takes too long to validate ID. It's been 4 days and the funds are still locked. I have not heard one word from them. I am closing this account and moving on... if they ever validate my id. I am losing money because of it. Thanks Gate Hub!

Hey! Even using biometrics, I am unable to log into my account via the app nor the website. Concerned. I opened a help ticket. I do have the correct credentials entered. Help!
