GCompris is a high quality educational software suite, including a large number of activities for children aged 2 to 10.

Some of the activities are game orientated, but still educational.

This version of GCompris contains 182 activities.

It is fully translated in 24 languages: Azerbaijani, Basque, Breton, British English, Catalan, Chinese Traditional, Croatian, Dutch, Estonian, French, Greek, Hebrew, Hungarian, Italian, Lithuanian, Malayalam, Norwegian Nynorsk, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian, Spanish and Ukrainian.

It is also partially translated in 11 languages: Albanian (99%), Belarusian (83%), Brazilian Portuguese (94%), Czech (82%), Finnish (94%), German (91%), Indonesian (95%), Macedonian (94%), Slovak (77%), Swedish (94%) and Turkish (71%).

Ratings and reviews

This is better BY FAR than most "children oriented" games on the playstore. There's a large diversity of minigames for all ages and preferences, multiple languages, available for desktop as well as mobile, updated regularly, ad free... What's not to like??

Very fun and if it is learnt on computer kids will learn all basic handling of keyboard mouse, and there is a lot to explore and learn. Very great app

Hands down the best app for kids with a full os like experience everything is inbuilt.In this world of money where getting money in the name of learning for you kid is easy, what ever you made is one of a kind,engaging also ad-free. kudos to kde and open source community.
