Terrible setup process. Only after fully setting up the account did it then tell me that adding credit to it would come with an overseas foreign currency charge because the transaction will be processed in the UK. Why would I do that each time I want to spend money in my own country. Also can't see how to delete / close the account now its setup. It's also supposed to be a global product, but customer service is only available for 8 in every 24 hours. Nah.

Nonexistent explanation of how to set up the global ID! After you click "Get Started" it takes you to a non-selfexplanatory screen that says "First, let's register your global ID". And there is no explanation of how to do this or what to do next. Or even what a global ID is, or looks like. There's no Setup Wizard, not even a little circular button with the letter "i" to push for more information, nothing! I've checked back a few times after each update to see if they'd fixed it, but nothing.

I can't even create an account. The phone number verification was longer than 30 minutes. When I asked for phone call, they didn't allow it. When I restarted the app, it doesn't recognize the ID as an account on 'I have a GlobaliD already' but when I put it on 'Get Started', it says that there is an account with that ID.
