▷ Visiting vehicle reservation: Non-face-to-face registration of household visiting vehicles through the app for approval and blacklisting
▷ Community facility reservation: Reservation, inquiry, cancellation, and schedule management of community facilities within the apartment
▷ OiPass: Automatic opening service for apartment common entrance doors
▷ Electronic voting: Electronic voting verified by the Apartment Housing Management Act (supports online and offline on-site voting)
▷ Digital information broadcasting: Simultaneous transmission of apartment digital voice broadcasting via Talk
▷ My house breakdown/repair: Request from the app when my house breaks down or repairs
▷ Apartment bulletin board: Bulletin board for mandatory disclosure, operational information, and required notices
▷ Emergency notification: Emergency notification sent via ARS phone + text + chat when an emergency situation occurs
▷ Parking Safety Phone: Providing a safety phone number (landline number) linked to the vehicle registration number to protect residents’ personal information.
▷ Electric vehicle charging station: Provides information on electric vehicle charging station location, charger status, and charging device information within the apartment.
▷ Firefighting unit inspection: Due to the revision of the Fire Protection Facilities Act, an inspection function is provided for self-household inspection.

OiWorks, linked to OiTalk, provides an effective work environment specialized for companies, organizations, teams/TFs/projects, etc.

[Private Chat]
Supports 1:1 chat and group chat functions between individuals who have OiTalk installed.
Chat with family, friends, and colleagues and exchange multimedia such as photos, videos, and contact information.

Access permission information
[Optional access rights]
- Address book: Used to access the device's address book to add and invite friends.
-Storage space: Used by OiTalk to transfer or store photos, videos, and files on the device.
- Phone: Used to call friends through the device and maintain the device's authentication status
- Camera: QR code shooting for simple organization membership, chat room multi-media files provided
​- Location: Search and share location information when using the map function in chat rooms, announcements/schedules/free bulletin boards

• You can use the service even if you do not agree to the optional access rights.

* If you are using a version lower than 6.0, selection rights cannot be granted individually, so we recommend checking whether the manufacturer of your terminal provides an operating system upgrade function and then updating to 6.0 or higher if possible.
