Ratings and reviews

It's absolutely ridiculous and extorts you through conveniences fees. Absolutely do not load cash to your e-wallet because it will be stuck there if you're transacting for something that won't accept it. Plus, depending on the load, you're charged a large convenience fee. Come on. It's 2021. Make it standard of zero convenience fee. You want people to use this app, right?

Backwards technology! Inconvenient, you still need to go in person to have an order of payment yet they add a convenience fee. They to this so that you will pay using their kiosk so they can have the convenience fee. We just saved their office some time encoding, yet we the public is the one paying for their convenience.

This app is a scam. It was recommended by the traffic officer who issued the traffic ticket. I tried to pay this ticket through this app but was always pending. I tried monthly but was still pending for about a year. But today after 1 year, I got a message from the app that the ticket was ready to paid. The total due was 15,450 pesos for a 1000 peso ticket. The penalty was 14,450. Hell no, I will not pay through this app. It clearly shows on the ticket that the surcharge is only 5% after 7 day
