Only download this app if you or a member of your family are a current member of the GrandPad service. To log in, you must have an activated GrandPad tablet in the family, and be invited to join. For the security of our members, you can not create an account on your own.

Pretty great, was able to see my grandparents on video call, and it's simple for them to use. However, pictures have suddenly disappeared that were posted throughout the week?? Idk if admins can delete pictures and comments or something, but suddenly it's saying people who previously had pictures up, have "no photos yet". Other than that it works fine.

My mom loves her grandpad and the app makes it easier for me to stay connected to her as we are in different states. My issue is the app used to ring to my phone prior to sending a text notification. Lately I only get a text message after the call is disconnected the call no longer pops up on my phone first. Worked great up until about 2 weeks ago. Not sure what happened.

My 91 yr mother & 94 yr father love their GrandPad for video calls, as well as, looking up info. Mom could be a spokesperson :) - she's told all of her friends about it. The only issue I have right now is my app feed does not show all photos; I can see all if I go to Photo Management (& I can't comment from there). My husband's app feed shows all photos without having go to Photo Management. ? Other than that, it's a wonderful product. Perfect for keeping in touch during the pandemic!
