An intuitive tool designed for individuals, surveyors, real estate agents, and others seeking spatial information about cadastral parcels.
The application enables direct and efficient communication with the official GUGiK (ULDK) API to quickly generate boundaries and download plot geometry.
Main features and capabilities:
🪪Plot ID Search: Enter the full ID and instantly download data about a specific parcel. To facilitate the use of this tool, the system will automatically recognize the zone of the PL-2000 coordinate system, which is applicable in Poland and used on basic and cadastral maps.
🗺️Coordinate Search: Enter the X and Y coordinates in any Polish coordinate system to locate a point on the parcel. The coordinates of the plot boundary lines will be displayed. To facilitate the use of this tool, the system will automatically recognize the EPSG zone by coordinate.
📄Loading from a TXT file: Do you have coordinates? Upload a text file directly to your device, and the app will automatically interpret the properly sorted data and send API requests.

Please note that the accuracy of GPS modules (especially in smartphones) is usually within a few or even a dozen meters. This is low, especially for this type of task. To fence a property, it is recommended to use professional GNSS geodetic receivers and, ideally, a geodetic service that determines the boundaries of the cadastral plot.
