Need to have a way to turn off the account verification; some people might want, but I don't and sick of seeing the banner. Also need to be able to show password, inconvenient for those of us with disabilities, liked to see what I've typed especially with auto prediction now.

HTC gives the very best service period. I am so glad to have this co-op as my provider. The app makes checking on bills and keeping up with other issues so easy. A very considerate added convenience.

I requested for a hard wire connection to be installed to my office and was told they would do that when they set up my service. Technician did not do it and said he couldn't. Was really upset when customer service said I can buy cable and run it myself! AT&T would never do that. Connection is not strong on wifi. Continuously having to search for our internet access. I thought Spectrum was bad, this is awful. Totally disappointed.
