About this app

Simple barometer and atmospheric pressure tracker.

Monitoring of atmospheric pressure can improve your life
- people suffering of migraine or headache can monitor how barometric pressure impacts on their overall mood
- barometric pressure is important for fishermen - you can adjust your fishing technique according air pressure trend to get best results
- change of atmospheric pressure sometimes indicates weather change

Features:
- nice and modern material design
- shows current atmospheric pressure according info provided by your phone sensors
- supports multiple units: millibars, hectopascals, inches of mercury, torrs and millimeters of mercury (more units to follow)
- supports mean sea level air pressure (to be comparable with other barometric stations or weather forecast servers)
- tracks history up to one week
- simple widget for your home screen

Optional paid features:
- My Places functionality - barometric data can be separated into multiple charts according place where they were recorded. It prevents from showing data outliers if traveling.
- Fine grained configuration - you can fine tune look and feel of the app
- Weather changes alerts - you can be notified if important atmospheric pressure change occurs. You can be warned when storm or gale is coming. Or be warned that your migraine or other health problems may get worse.

Using this app is easier than using aneroid or mercury barometer as it tracks history and can be calibrated to mean sea level air (MSLP).

Please note that some phones don't have barometer sensor so they are not compatible with this app.

I had app before, paid for upgrade. Worked for a little while, got annoyed at it not working. Downloaded it to try a 2nd time and it is not giving any readings. Will give it a few days to see if it wants to work Update: Even though I should be able to have it keep track of separate locations, disabling that is allowing me to get readings. They have some bugs to work out but if you need to track pressure changes due to migraine it is a beneficial app.

Thanks for your feedback. If the app is not updating then there is most likely a problem with battery optimization features implemented in your phone. Please visit https://dontkillmyapp.com and update your phone settings. Also feel free to contact me if you have more questions.

was promising for awhile, then failed. it no longer keeps track of the data recorded and only measures the air pressure when I open the apps. and yes, my settings are all correct. it has permission to run in the background, and to have my location, etc. etc. etc. I'm disappointed. I've only ever had one (ONE) alert come through notifications since I started using this a couple years ago. and again, yes. the settings are all correct. i use the app to monitor chronic pain, but it's useless now.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and am significantly affected by barometric pressure. It's hard to find a decent weather app that includes barometric pressure, so this simple app is a good addition. The only reason I haven't given it five stars is because I wish it included a barometric pressure forecast. It does, however, track trends and you have the option of getting alerts if a trend signals possible bad weather ahead. All in all, it's a very useful app.
