While I like the new design, the latest update caused new problems it never had before. #1: when I restart my phone, the widget is gone and a rotating circle is there. #2: battery level accuracy is off. I hope these get fixed soon. I also have a suggestion, in the notification area option where you have different types of battery meters, can you add battery temp as a option as well? It would be great if I saw the widget working again and a battery temp on the top left corner, thanks!

After the latest update, the widget no longer reflects the true battery level. The developers say it's likely a battery optimization issue, but I gave the widget all the permissions I could on my Pixel 7 Pro, and it still didn't work. I installed Battery Ace, and it works fine and even has more customization options. And it's free.

New android 14 and app is still on top of it, I would ask for more flexibility in what tapping widget does not just one and done.i learned to leave widget tap setting alone, I'm guessing that keeping the tap setting locked once it's changed from app configure to anything else makes it so that when phone updates or restarts the widget remembers it's config, fair enough, leave it that way.
