Absolutely terrible service. The support team is completely useless-they either don't respond or provide no real help. The internet is painfully slow and unstable, making it frustrating to use. On top of that, topping up your account is a nightmare and often doesn't work properly. For a service that people pay for, this level of quality is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and choose another provider.

Such a useless app. It has been so long since I can not make transfers from my card, support can do nothing, they all saying they would solve the problem soon, a lot of bugs in app, the cards and balance may disappear at any time. I also would not recommend to use HUMANS sim card as it has too slow internet speed.

You have got some really usefull facilities like free visa kard, but there are also problems. For example, we can't recieve money from other apps (i mean from payme,click or others) even we want to take it and no-one can send money to the humans card in Uzbekistan with them. Moreover, we must tap code every time during we do online shopping or just send money, it seems really unpleasant 😐😐
