Hello, I tried to get the discount code through the Wafed app using my mother's national ID number, but I received a message saying: "No active discount code found." I’m sure this is the first time we’ve used her ID. Could you please help me solve this issue? Thank you in advance.

واقعًا التطبيق رهيب، فاق توقعاتي، خصوصا فقرة الصلاة القضاء والصيام، بس أرجو منكم أن تعدلون علي وتخلونا نكدر نضيف عدد الصلوات يدويا، يعني نكتب الرقم بنفسنا بدل ما نبقى نضغط على الزائد لحد ما يوصل للرقم إلّي نريده، ورحم الله والديكم وجزاكم الله خير الجزاء وأتمنى أكون شريكتكم بأجر هذا العمل والجهد المبارك.
