It worked great up until a couple of months ago. Now clicking "Enter" does nothing, so I can't log in. A google search shows many people experiencing the same problem, all starting at the same time. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but problem persists. Version 16.5.0-1414185
Very nice app but lack fingerprint login App is very good and convenient to use, but there are two problems I faced. 1) when I want to set alerts, for a min amount in my account it says I need to avoid using decimals, I didn't use but it shows same error 2) now a days fingerprint login is common for all banking apps, so request for that feature. Please kindly include this feature.
Fix the digital signature!! This is the the most important security part! Every time I get sent a digital code it crashes, so I cannot perform operations. Very bad. Been like this for weeks. It won't let you do it online either!!
Peter White Given up after 3 attempts to make a simple international transfer EXACTLY as on previous occasions. It goes all the way through including digital signiture by sms - then at the end it says error code ......... - enter IBAN code which I have ALREADY ENTERED. This app is not user friendly at all. If an error is made it should explain what the error is not give a meaningless code. Next day, after contacting the online help team via FB messenger the transfer worked !! Very strange....The online help team are very good but the app is a bit unpredictable.
Updated app and can't use the enter key so cannot access my account. Why do developers make apps and don't test them correctly. This app is a waste of time and money!!! UPDATE: I fixed the problem by uninstalling an app called 'Screen Filter'. Hope this helps the developers.
