-5 for not fixing the digital code I have been calling for over weeks now and sending emails saying that u have to fix your problem and its been nearly over a month now... and u still haven't done anything about. I even sent u a screen shot to make sure u know what it is...
Digital signature not working Sent a support query on this and got a good-for-nothing generic response advising me to use the Digital signature section (which doesn't work to begin with) in the app. This is almost as high quality software update as are their ATM info text translations linguistically (free pro tip: Drop the Google translate and get some native guys working on your commercial texts). Non Spanish Phone number After 4 months of attempts, not only by me but also by my bank branch in Spain, I have not been able to associate a mobile Saudi number to my account in order to create the digital signature. The app does not allow the number +966 xxxxxxxxx. My wife cancelled the account due to imposibility to operate thereof. I am forced to follow the same way. I will not contact you in facebook or other platform, I will simply cancel my account and susbtantial monthly remittances, then Sabadell bank shall evaluate you.
