Update - Its been almost 7 year's but the app keeps disappointing me. very old, limited options, often says app is offline in multiple locations whereas we are online. synchronisation problem, data and Information does not show up after adding new customers or items. Invoice gets stuck and shows only preview option so can not send, take payment etc. Closing the app, restarting app etc. does not work. Changed to 3 star.

It was ok until about ten minutes ago and I'm trying to get paid and it says I have an Internet connection issue, which I don't. Every other feature on my phone is working fine. So here I am trying to get paid and can't send an invoice. Little embarrassing and unprofessional looking. Also can't contact there supposed support! Another thing is if you go back and look at your old sent invoices the pictures you attach are no longer viewable. Kind of lame for 5.99 a month.

Emailed them on 4/1/26 regarding errors occured whenever I tried to make changes to my settings. They replied on 6/1/26 requesting my login email,phone model,app version,a screen recording of how the error occured etc. I replied on the same day but as at 16/1/26 I did not receive replies from them any more. Really disappointed as I'm a 8 years user of this app.
