Ratings and reviews

The app sometimes freezes momentarily, but overall, it's fairly reliable. It doesn't look as nice as some of the other taxi/rideshare apps, but it gets the job done. When I make a booking, I always feel quite confident a driver's going to come soon. The only real complaint I have is the fare estimates - they're not particularly accurate, I've always ended up paying more. A fixed fare option or more accurate estimates would probably make this 3 star review become 4 stars.

The app continually overwrites the address inputting and defaults to the shoddy GPS location causing untold confusion for passengers and cab drivers. Even after I type in the correct address, the app resets to what it "thinks" my location is. They need to fix this!

This app is less than useless, it won't record any address I type in. It also won't drop a pin on the map anywhere I want to go, or be picked up from. Just keeps cycling back to booking page with nothing recorded.
