Crack a shell of hard wax and meet the squishy hiding inside.

■ The joy of breaking
It starts solid. Press and hold to make the first crack and the wax splits with a snap. Every tap and pull sends more flakes tumbling off. The sound is a real recording of wax breaking.

■ The squishy underneath
Strip all the wax away and a squishy is waiting. Push and it sinks slowly; let go and it eases back. Every touch answers with a soft haptic thud.

■ Real sound, real vibration
Nothing is synthesised. Cracking, flaking and kneading each sound different, and the haptics follow the material.

■ How to play
· Press and hold — the first crack
· Tap — break that spot open
· Pull with two fingers — tear a flake away
· Swipe — roll the ball and work the other side
· Shake — hear the loose pieces rattle

■ Several balls
Different colours, different hardness. Pick a favourite and start breaking from scratch.

■ Weekly rankings
Every ball you finish counts. Compete on the weekly board and leave your name in the hall of fame.
