About this app

The GeauxPass Mobile App is brand new app that has been developed from the ground up and is aimed at providing the best use experience for Geauxpass customers. This online channel will allow customers to access a set of functionalities designed for account management. Customers can verify that their accounts are in good standing, replenish their prepaid accounts, pay documents, verify their account transaction history, download Statements, request additional transponders, and create new accounts. The Mobile Application allows Customers to manage their accounts for 24 hours every day in a week, except when disconnected from the internet or when the BOS is offline for planned maintenance.
The new GeauxPass Mobile App includes the following functionality:
- User-friendly interface and feature-rich screens
- Register for a new Geauxpass Account in the app
- New Account Maintenance abilities
- Updating Account Payment methods and adding new payment methods
- Adding funds to an account balance
- Paying, Disputing, Reviewing and downloading documents
- Viewing a real-time map
- Contacting Customer Support

I cannot use the app because I have developer options enabled on my phone! This is ridiculous. looking at the other feedback it appears the app doesn't work anyway so I guess nothing wasted there.

Zero Stars! This app constantly crashes. It does not allow you to do anything but monitor your statements. Anytime I attempt to use the self-service options, I am hit with error messages. I am not allowed to upload the requested documents nor edit my payment method. They give you the option to make changes but do not allow you to complete the action. The website is just as bad. It will not allow ANY changes to be made!

app doesn't work. It downloads, but every time you try to use it, it shows that there system is offline. "We are sorry, the GeauxPass Customer Service Center is currently offline. Please try again later."
