Does not remember me even though I checked the box. No option to use fingerprint login. Apparently I had 2 accounts linked to my email which prevented me from being able to log in to the app. CS fixed that so all good. Work out the other kinks and it will be almost perfect.

This app is horrible. It keeps crashing no matter how many times you update it. There's always a message that says, "We're sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later. " I have only been able to successfully log in a handful of times over a year. I check the box to say recognize me, but it never does, even when I do not log out. I've updated, un-installed and reinstalled, changed my password so many times, and the error message is always the same. It's annoying not to see my balance.

Update... just when the app finally was stable... except frequently losing your login credentials and saying something went wrong... now the toll rates are no longer visible on the map... isn't that the most important use of the app? Previous: The old app didn't do much, but finally at least worked. Now we've got a new app that doesn't work. All it ever says is... something went wrong
