Selenium Red puts you in charge of a photoconductor drum coating workshop.
Every shift you produce one order of OPC drums through six real production stages. Wash aluminum tubes in the ultrasonic bath, pull them through the undercoat dip at just the right speed, keep the CGL dispersion feed steady, then face the critical CTL coating where viscosity and oven temperature must be balanced at the same time or orange-peel and crater defects ruin the surface. Follow the stepped drying curve and send samples for dark decay and residual potential inspection.
Payment equals film uniformity multiplied by the photo-electric pass rate, so steady hands earn steady coins. Spend them in the workshop shop on six permanent upgrades: a thermostat bath that stabilizes viscosity, a servo puller with a wider control window, a clean air shower, an inline thickness gauge with a live curve, high-sensitivity material and a dual-station coating head.
Orders rotate between A4, A3 and color-machine drums, each with its own film thickness spec. Simple one-touch controls, all sound synthesized in real time, and progress saved automatically.
Coat, dry and inspect OPC drums in your own selenium-red workshop line.
