I've always had trouble buying gift cards on this app and that's really the main thing I want to do with it. I can give my account number to a waiter without an app. But gift card purchasing never works and then the help desk just closes your ticket without resolution. The app doesn't feel ready for release but it's been out and faulty for years. It cheapens the whole brand.

Works for the most part. Poor text/background choices. Some pages have a black background with grey text. This makes it hard to read instructions. Ordering from the menu is easy but when trying to check out, the option to login to my Landry membership account doesn't work. So I have to check out as a guest which means I am not receiving my purchase points. Also I am not able to apply my gift card for payment. This will be an amazing app if thes things are addressed.

The concept of the Landry app is good however it has a few issues that need attention. There's major lagging when you try to open the app; it's almost like it doesn't want to open. They can also do better with giving more information about your transaction once it's been complete. A good idea is maybe finding a way to attach the receipt to the transaction. Other than that, the app is very useful.
