LIW Mobile Agent cannot operate without a connection to our LIW Dispatching Software. Mobile staff (agents, drivers, couriers) need to sign into LIW Mobile Agent to receive daily tasks and assignments to be completed. Login and passwords are provided by dispatcher. Mobile staff set execution status of assignments and report task completion to the dispatcher(s). Problems and instructions can be exchanged in real-time by using our in-built fast-message system. Task completion (proof of delivery) and damages of goods can be documented by uploading photos and/or scanned documents.
App allows you to: - get all details of all your assignments; - mark the statuses and other data of your delivery (with text and/or photo); - display your orders on map and quickly navigate the route; - receive and view documents related to your task; - call your customers in one touch; - review your past routes; - share your data with dispatcher in real-time without phone calls
