Maru is a remote downloader. Add a magnet, torrent, or file-host link and Maru downloads it on our high-speed servers — then you stream it or save it to your device.

Because the transfer happens on our side, your phone never joins a peer-to-peer network. It makes one encrypted connection to Maru and nothing else. Your internet provider sees a normal HTTPS connection, and your IP address never appears in a public peer list.
