How it works

2. Install your eSIM, 2-step setup, done before you board.
3. Purchase a plan: 3, 7, 14, or 30 days.
4. Enable your Maya eSIM upon arrival. Your plan starts from that moment.
5. When your plan ends, it simply stops. Turn on Auto Top-Up to have it renew automatically.

Ratings and reviews

The plan auto activated on its own as soon as I downloaded the esim before I left. To their credit customer service was effective and helpful and provided a work around. Still I think that the customer should have the final say as to when the service should start. In my case data roaming is on by defaultand since their plans are good for all countries the system doesn't know or care whether you started the trip or not. I'm not sure I'll want to use them again. The service in itself was reliable.

By far the best esim on the market, I have tried several over the years and they all struggle from the get go to auto connect once you land and take off airplane/flight mode. This esim landed switched off flight mode and in less than 5 seconds I was able to use the data package to reach out to friend who were waiting to collect me and family back in the UK who need to be kept in the loops so they wouldn't worry ...A* service

Is there a less than 1 star rating on PlayStore, I'd have given it to you guys. I ordered my Maya eSIM and they didn't have any network in the region I travelled to. Even after confirming that they work in the country I'm in before travelling. And their customer service is the worse there is. If you're thinking about using it, just don't. Use other eSIM providers. Thank you.
