I can't even open this app since it locked me out of my own account, and got little help from the bank. I tried to update the app, it won't do that either. The new version, when it did work, was terrible at showing current balances (the old version tracked it per transaction). Looks like I may looking for a different bank. With this useless app and no tech support for it, I have no digital access to banking information. Not acceptable in this day and age.

A month and still does not work ! This app is NOT user-friendly. When looking at accounts, I am unable to see any of the # to identify which account is which, this has been reported. Also, notifications do not work, will not allow me to select the account, nor will it allow me to enter or update information for text. Automatic payments did not carry over to the new app. they had to call and set those up, and then they were duplicated. Overall, I am extremely frustrated .

The new system is terrible with how it handles pending transactions with regard to the available balance calculation. Some get deducted, and some don't, so if you don't catch the difference, you might find yourself paying fees.
