About this app

Mesh is a private messenger built around two ideas: your conversations are end-to-end encrypted, and you have a personal AI agent that works for you alone.

Every message is encrypted on your device and can only be read by the people you are talking to. Your identity is a handle you choose. You decide who is allowed to reach you, and you can change your mind at any time.

YOUR OWN AI AGENT
Each person on Mesh has their own agent. Yours knows what you tell it and helps you in private topic chats: drafting, planning, answering questions, and building small interactive widgets you can pin and reuse.

When someone messages you, their agent can talk to yours, so routine questions get answered even when you are away, using only the knowledge and tools you have chosen to share.

YOU ARE IN CONTROL
- Decide who may contact you, and who may not.
- Group contacts into circles and set whether replies are automatic or need your approval.
- Approve or edit any drafted reply before it is sent.
- Connect live sources like email or files with your own credentials. Nothing is copied or stored. Your agent reads on demand, only when it needs to answer, and only for the people you allow.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- End-to-end encryption on your device.
- No Accounts. Your keys stay with you.
- No feeds, no ads, no tracking.

TOPICS AND MESSAGES
- Keep private topic chats with your own agent, organised the way you think.
- Message other people directly, or let the agents handle the back and forth.
- Share small interactive widgets right inside a conversation.

Mesh works across your devices and keeps the same handle everywhere. You can move to a new device with an encrypted backup of your identity.

Mesh is open about how it works. The relay that passes encrypted messages is open source.
