- Facilitates 2–way communication between Adolescents and Young People and service providers, with interoperability
- Has an in-built service desk ticketing system, which raises SRH service access barriers (issues)
faced by Adolescents and Young People who visit the health facility
- Provides a defined pathway for Adolescents and Young People users to interact with service providers
- Provides both Adolescents and Young People and service providers a mechanism to track progress on resolving barriers
