Simplify the check-in and check-out procedures of your nautical charter or car rental company.
Charter Checklist was born thanks to the collaboration of My Appy and companies operating in field of nautical charter for more then a decade and therefore results from real "field" experiences.
The app is designed to be used by the client as well as the base manager supervising the procedure before its completion.
Once everything is filled in and signed directly on the iPad, the app starts the procedure for the bond deposit using a credit card.
All the data - including the signatures, are saved and transformed into a document which is sent to the client, to the base manager and optionally to the administration of the charter company in real time.
For the check-out the same checklist has to be compiled again while discrepancies are highlighted automatically.
The procedure also includes the compilation of a damage report, connected to a database that will be prepared under the guidance of the charter company indicating the price of spare parts and labor hours respectively.
In the end there is the classical charter report that allows the client to rate the overall performance of the charter company.
The main objectives of this app are:
- reduce the processing times for check-in and check-out operations for base managers, simplifying especially the procedures of multiple operations at the same time
- provide an intuitive and easy way for the client to inspect the yacht
- compilation of a document signed by the client, base manager and skipper
- collect information regarding the credit card authorization for the bond
- document the state of the yacht through the integration of photos for the check-in and check-out
- provide the costs of spare parts and labor hours in case a damage report is needed
- facilitate the work of the company's administration - wherever it may be, through the dispatch of all the documentation in realtime
- offer a professional and transparent service to the client who also receives all the documentation via email - for the check-in and the check-out.

√ The check-out can be terminated with a damage report connected to a database that is customizable for every charter company and that includes: spare part name, costs, labor hours, labor costs, possible discount. Further spare parts that are not provided by the database can also be listed while the details and costs can be edited manually by the base manager.
