The onsite team was polite and worked efficiently once they arrived. The result was fine, but the appointment started earlier than scheduled. Nothing major went wrong.

I am quite impressed by the quality of the service offered for the repair of the shoes. These heels were in a terrible state, and one of the back heels was almost impossible to repair. I must admit that I was not expecting much, and I was simply hoping for an improvement, but I must admit that the quality of the service was much better than I had anticipated. The repair was neat, and the shape was quite nice, and both shoes looked great, clean, and balanced. What I think was most impressive was

Done a carpet cleaning for the white rug, and the difference was immediately apparent when it was put back in its original position. The rug now appears to be brighter, fresher, and the entire room appears cleaner. The texture still appears soft, and the rug was returned in good condition without any damages or change in its appearance.
