Regular forced updates, so if you don't update, you cant login YET when you try to update (like now) you're unable to do so. Things are so unnecessarily complicated. Also, if you mistake your password accidentally, they block your whole online banking and physically require you to go to the bank taking hours of driving, sitting in line, etc. Every online banking should have a simple way to reset your password without traveling in person to a branch. It's 2019. This app thinks it's 1999 still.

How is it possible that you can only login ONLY WI-FI!? this app used to be great, I've recommend this bank in the past based only on the mobile banking experience. Now I'm thinking to open an account with a different bank. Also, that copy/paste message directing reviewers to call to their customers support does not help anyone. Just fix the bugs.

The Permata ME app launches automatically without my permission on Android every time I unlock my phone. I have disabled all permissions and checked all settings but cannot stop the app from opening automatically without permission. Please fix. This is a major security issue. I tried to SMS the number that Permata gives in the replies and did not get through.
