24/8/26 - issue still persist. mobile lines still disappearing from view in app. 7/7/26 - Comms Team, pls stop asking people to comms to tech team themselves. you should be fronting and doing the feedback. below issue still current despite multiple feedback since 1 year ago.. intermittently not showing all items under drop-down.. i.e. broadband showing but mobiles not showing, vice versa. reported exactly one year ago, issue seems to have resurfaced.

My usual plan including Data Roaming in SEA region doesn't even work during my visit to KL Center area to meet my cousins, asked their customer service for help to fix the issue immediately so that I may call Grab rides, told me to buy additional plan to see if it works, said they'll waive if it fails. Not only does it solve nothing, they lied about the wavier and dare to charge me when I was stuck, even emailed them proof and I got no reply nor refund. Changing Telecom service, good riddance.

I rewrote my review cos despite my negative comments, admin reach out to me very politely.I wish to comment it's been a week since I use my republic data.it is super fast compare my 2 ex Telco on my home wifi & data plan. uploading of files is much faster than them.& surfing of the internet is smooth too.I am very impressed.that's why I wanted to talk to customer service to give this verbal compliment.100% recommended. their app is nice too.any problem,go dealers counter.Thank u admin.Cheers.
