Been a customer for almost a decade. The mobile app says the service is not yet ready for me. Hmm, should I stop paying and wait for it to be ready then? The reason why I am using the mobile app is to check whether the service is up. Very very poor service and zero thoughts put into the customer experience. Slipshod work, just lucky to be one of the first ISP after the main providers, nothing else. Gotta switch service soon. Totally not worth it.

I am currently in Shanghai China to enjoy the Good Friday weekend. My plan has 10GB APAC data so I thought it is just nice. But when I stepped out of airport, I noticed that the mobile network simply does not connect, even after I restart the phone, turn on roaming, manually select network etc. Used hotel wifi to get help in apps and was informed the human team is only available next Monday. After a while the App kicked me out and cannot login anymore. in the end I have to buy a 3rd party data.

Signed up 10Gbps Broadband since 2025Oct, day time broadband is working fine. Issues experience since then: 1. Mobile phone WiFi take longer time to reconnect when moving from room to say kitchen etc same for everyone at home. issue was persistent since beginning, ended up everyone just switch on mobile data at all time. 2. Internet drop out (on TV & Laptops) getting more frequent, only during evening time 7pm to 11pm. buy new LAN cable, no improvement too. LAN n WiFi both worst.
