the new version is horrible, can't do anything at all, opened every single menu item to try and find stuff but impossible. all it does is show your bill, for all else it just says you don't have addons, requests, notices etc without option to apply or register. attempted to do this online via the android website login. also failed as cannot click on checkbox agreeing to t&c in 2 devices. EPIC FAIL MYREPUBLIC.

Keep on having call connection issue when people try to call me at bedok area. As they are using starhub network, it can take months for the feedback to reach starhub and that doesn't mean the issue will be fixed. It's just feedback across. Hence I doubt the problem will ever resolve. And also the data roaming is way too expensive as compared to competitor. Better off just getting the sim card of the country you're travelling to. Way cheaper.

Received notifications regarding system upgrading. Next day, which was 2nd day of Hari Raya, my Internet still have no connection even after restarting my modem n router. Feedback on the app, keep repeating same thing, to restart my modem. Called technical support hotline (67171680) and believe it or not, for 3 straight days not even ONCE my multiple calls have been answered!! I dare everyone to try and call, see how long u have to wait until their "make u wait specialist" answered your call.
