With our app you have everything in the palm of your hand: manage your customer account, discover news or give us your opinion. Select a bike to rent, enter the bike number or scan the QR code, and you're done! Simply select a suitable station to return to or the GPS will locate the nearest one for you.

Ratings and reviews

Incredibly faulty system. Constant problem with the return of the bike. Even if you return it, it doesn't recognise it, you submit a false report, then they charge you €43 stating you haven't returned the bike, and you have no proof, you cannot even access the submitted fault report. It's just a constant everyday battle.

Super confusing sign-up. The app says that new users can only register in a few weeks from now and that one needs to submit a form and wait for approval. Why would someone who wants to rent a bike for a few days bother "applying"? How long does the approval take? Then you're taken to a form in confusing English where you're asked for your VAT? The rest of the form hasn't been translated af all. Not sure this app is ready for the public.

Confusing app. Not intuitive. How to find locations then tap that location to rent a bike there. Function to end ride is not obvious.
