Ratings and reviews

They suggest a tip at checkout when you order pick-up. I don't mind giving a tip AFTER I've gotten my food, but now, I feel like if I don't, some hungover college kid is going to subject my food to horrific misdeeds (which they probably are anyways)

It would be great to actually apply coupons and rewards in the app. Maybe it's a regional thing? I am told by the restaurant staff that I will have to call to get the rewards. Calling the restaurant seems to be an inconvenience to the staff when I do call to order pizza. It's like paying extra to not bother them.

Forces you to sign up for emails when you make an account. Large pizza coupon code doesn't work. Worst part is the AUTOMATIC tip applied to your total just before you select place order, you have to remove the tip first. I have never seen this kind of tip scam before.
