I am going 1.8 km for pickup and 10 min wait for customer. no any response from customer. this app was share our number to customer but not show customer number.

App is great, and reasonable fares too But ... I am an online taxi driver, in my opinion the app should add a cancellation fee if the rider cancel the trip before the pickup . I got cancelled 3 times today on the way to the pickup location, my time and fuel gone for nothing. Please try to find a solution for this Thank you

What our pilgrim is doing is that he gives bookings when you are on duty there on another app, he misleads the drivers, so please tell him that he is on duty and cancel the other duty and pick up something on our journey, if you cancel half way, then again you do duty there on another app. He doesn't give you a booking
