Im 100% perfect picks in this game every hand nothing but no matches or anything. It's set up to make you lose to buy coins then they let you win some temporary. They make fake profiles with bots to play and make it look like real people.. very deceptive!! Also, you watch a video and they force you to play a game and it Force opens the ad to download. Very sketchy. Also, it doesn't even give you the reward and forces you to pay for the entry afterwards.

I don't like the screen or layout... there's way too much going on and too much useless commentary from the app...you can't just play a simple game of Gin without it feeling like it's some type of slot machine with pop ups and too much dumb/annoying animation everywhere. It's also ridiculous that you can not view a player's stats before choosing to play a game.

I am not contacting you via the app because I've done that several times. After several emails I constantly find myself waiting for a response. I'm waiting for a response to the emails I sent on 6/27 & 7/1. At this point I need to know if you can retrieve my status to include almost 23 million coins or should I delete the game. I am not starting over since I used my email to save my account/status. I've been trying to get a response since mid May.
