About this app

Pediary is a baby tracker and health diary for your whole family: log fever, medicines, sleep, growth, blood pressure and blood glucose for your kids and for yourself, and bring a clear report to the doctor.

Everything moms, dads and caregivers need when someone at home is unwell, in one simple app: no account, no ads, ready in seconds. Created by a parent who knows those worrying nights.

FOR CHILDREN AND ADULTS
Create a profile for each child and one for yourself or for a family member you care for, such as an elderly parent. Adult profiles hide the baby features and keep what matters for adult health: medicines, treatments, symptoms, visits, blood pressure and blood glucose.

FEVER, MEDICINES AND TREATMENTS
• Record temperature in °C or °F with one tap, plus notes and the medicines given
• Add symptoms as separate entries, with a photo for skin rashes
• When you pick a medicine, see how long ago the last dose was given
• Create a treatment (for example an antibiotic for 7 days, 3 times a day) and get a pill reminder for every dose
• Mark a dose as taken or snooze it straight from the notification

BLOOD PRESSURE DIARY
Record systolic, diastolic and pulse (your heart rate), with several readings per session, arm and position. Charts with averages, a reminder for your next reading and a PDF or CSV report for your doctor.

BLOOD GLUCOSE DIARY
For kids and adults: log blood sugar readings in mg/dL or mmol/L, with insulin, carbohydrates, ketones and treated lows. Set a reminder to check again and export the diary as PDF or CSV. Pediary does not judge your values or calculate doses: it keeps them in order for you and your care team.

VACCINES
Record vaccines with dose, injection site, lot number and who gave it, choosing from the most common vaccines or adding your own. Turn on a reminder 3 days before the next dose, note any reactions and export the vaccination record as PDF.

BABY'S FIRST YEARS
From the newborn weeks on: breastfeeding and bottle feeding, pumping, diapers, a sleep tracker with timer, starting solids with allergen tracking, milestones, and growth charts with WHO percentiles from birth to 5 years.

REPORTS FOR THE DOCTOR
Clear health reports in PDF with timeline, growth, medicines, symptoms, sleep, visits, vaccines, blood pressure and glucose. An emergency medical card with allergies, conditions and contacts, to share as text or PDF.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE
Your health diary stays on your phone and needs no account. It leaves only if you turn on sync or backup, and then it goes to your own Dropbox, OneDrive or Google Drive, never to a Pediary server. Sync between linked devices, iPhone and Android included, is end-to-end encrypted. Sync and backup are in beta. Lock the app with your fingerprint or with your phone's PIN, pattern or password. No ads, no data selling.
