The actual service is great but, this app is so bloated and buggy...you're better off just going to the website. Two major gripes... The download function is super vague. You never couldn't tell if you can download it directly out of the editor or if you have to press the download button and go to the download area. Huge UX journey misstep. Also, you have to log in every single time you use it...just annoying.

They will steal your money so beware. It cost me almost $100 to use this app for a week before I came to the conclusion that it just wasn't for me. They would not refund the remaining 11 months of my subscription even despite the fact that I only used it a little, and for less than one month. It's definitely a shady company

honestly, I've enjoyed this app for what it used to to. lately the price has gone up, every time you try looking for something, it just stays on the loading screen and stays there, when you try getting help, it just loops you back to the start of the app. it's not about the money, it's about consistency and quality, please fix this or you will be loosing alot of costumers. I'm honestly already looking for something els. please fix.
